Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, and provided that written notice is received until the 28th February 2022, the registration fee will be refunded minus 105€ (cancellation fee 75€ plus administrative charges 30€).

From the 1st March 2022 any cancellation will be charged in full. "No-shows" are non-refundable and are liable to the full registration fee.
